Muskoka Lakes Fire Department

Welcome to the Township of Muskoka Lakes Emergency Services Department. The Emergency Services Department is comprised of the Fire Department and Emergency Management. The Fire Chief/Emergency Management Coordinator oversees the department with the assistance of the Deputy Fire Chief and one Administrative Assistant.

Our objective is to provide timely and effective emergency response to incidents such as Fires, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Medical Emergencies as well as providing a comprehensive disaster response program to aid residents in coping during times of need such as Power Outages, Floods, Wildland Fires, and Severe Weather incidents. As Fire Chief, it is my responsibility to ensure that both programs are effective, efficient, and operationally sound to meet the needs of the Township of Muskoka Lakes.
